Procurement Officer
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of purchasing technical equipment, including sourcing, negotiating, and procuring from both international and local suppliers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure favorable terms and reliable supply chains.
- Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements.
- Evaluate offers from vendors and negotiate better prices or terms.
- Oversee the import process for international purchases, including customs clearance, compliance with international trade regulations, and coordinating with freight forwarders.
- Implement and manage procurement policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards and legal requirements.
- Coordinate with technical teams to understand equipment specifications and requirements.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure timely order fulfillment and optimal stock levels.
- Prepare and maintain detailed records and reports on procurement activity, supplier performance, costs, and savings.
- Resolve issues related to shipment, quality, or billing by collaborating with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, specifically with technical equipment and in an international context.
- Strong knowledge of import regulations, customs processes, and international trade.
- Proficiency in procurement and inventory management software.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Preferred:
- Experience in the specific technical field relevant to the equipment being procured.
- Additional certifications in procurement or supply chain management (e.g., CIPS, CPSM).
Pre-Sales Executive
Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential clients to understand their business needs and technical requirements, establishing yourself as a trusted pre-sales advisor.
- Conduct detailed needs assessments in coordination with the sales and technical teams to propose the best solutions that meet client objectives.
- Develop and deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations to communicate the value and benefits of our solutions.
- Participate in the response to RFPs, RFQs, and tenders, ensuring that all technical and business requirements are clearly addressed.
- Collaborate with product and technical teams to stay informed about new products, features, and capabilities that are relevant to clients.
- Assist the sales team in qualifying prospects based on their needs and the company’s solution offerings.
- Maintain detailed records of client engagements and provide regular feedback to marketing and product teams to enhance solution offerings.
- Work closely with the sales team to develop and refine sales strategies and approaches based on market feedback and competitive landscape.
Requirements:

Network Support Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand client needs and technical requirements.
- Evaluate and analyze client’s technical environment and requirements to recommend suitable network systems and configurations.
- Assist in preparing technical proposals and presentations for clients that clearly convey the benefits and functionalities of recommended solutions.
- Provide technical support during the sales process, including answering technical queries, providing product demos, and contributing to tender responses.
- Work alongside project managers and other engineering staff to ensure smooth implementation of services and equipment.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest networking technologies and industry trends to serve as an expert advisor to both clients and colleagues.
- Document technical requirements, setup details, and processes for client and internal use.
- Support the development of technical standards, protocols, and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our service delivery.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Relevant certifications in networking such as CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) or CompTIA Network+.
- 1-2 years of experience in a network support or related technical role, preferably in a client-facing or sales-support capacity.
- Strong understanding of network infrastructure and hardware, including routers, switches, firewalls, and other networking equipment.
- Ability to analyze and solve complex technical problems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of explaining complex technical details to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work in a collaborative team environment and handle multiple tasks with tight deadlines.
